Cancellation & Reschedule Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients MUST reschedule or cancel via the website. Appointments can not be cancelled or reschedule via phone, email or text.
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Reschedule Limit:
Clients may reschedule a maximum of TWO (2) times per appointment. On the third request, the appointment will be canceled automatically and the client will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Package holders will have one session deducted. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the appointment cost
(non-refundable).
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a missed appointment. The full 100% fee will be charged, and package holders will have one session deducted.
No-Shows
A no-show will result in a 100% charge and/or one session deducted from any package.
Non-Refundable Payments & Refund Window
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, prepaid appointments, packages, and missed or late-canceled appointments.
Refund Window: Refund requests must:
1. Be made within 48 hours of booking the appointment (not 48 hours before the appointment date), and
2. The appointment must not be within the 48-hour cancellation window.
Refund requests outside this 48-hour window will not be honored.
Emergencies
Accommodations may be made at HW Method’s discretion. Documentation may be required. Repeated emergencies will default to the standard policy.

We value your time and ask for the same respect toward ours. These policies ensure fairness and allow us to provide exceptional care for all clients

Before & After Care
Before Your Appointment
Hydrate Well:
Drink plenty of water (64 oz to a Gallon) the day before and the day of your session to help stimulate lymph flow and detoxification.
Avoid Heavy Meals:
Eat a light meal at least 2-4 hour prior or come fasted. Avoid greasy or processed foods, as they can slow down your lymphatic system.
Avoid Caffeine & Alcohol for 24 hours:
Both can dehydrate the body and may hinder optimal results.
Dress Comfortably:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease post-treatment. Avoid tight waistbands or shapewear.
No Lotions or Oils on Skin:
Please arrive with clean, dry skin to ensure proper technique and glide.
After Your Appointment
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate:
Continue drinking plenty of water (aim for at least 64 oz or gallon) for the next 24–48 hours to flush out toxins.
Light Movement is Beneficial:
Gentle walks or light stretching can support lymph flow and prevent stagnation.
Use the Bathroom Frequently:
Increased urination is common as your body detoxifies – this is a good sign!
Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine for 24 Hours:
Give your lymphatic system time to cleanse without additional strain.
Allow Time for Drainage:
It’s normal to feel lighter, looser, or even sleepy afterward. Your body may continue draining for up to 72 hours.
Optional Enhancers:
Compression garments, dry brushing, red light therapy, or a warm Magnesium flake or Epsom salt bath can further support results. 2-3 Cups is recommended.
